PLAN
ADD: Three fruits and two bowls od soup
REMOVE: No fast food
EXERCISE: Swimming 30 min




Today I had this little binge... but besides that, it went ok!
Again, I have to do something healthy for the weekend... Please help!

  1. Decide what you want to have, then google "healthy ... recipe". The net is flooded with healthy recipes on "normal" meals. If you want lasagna, google "healthy lasagna recipe" and it'll come up :) Other than that there's always the chicken salad or ovenbaked salmon with lemon.
