Add Failed :( ate nothing I was supposed too
Remove Failed worse! Ate lunch at Pizza Hut, THE ONLY FUCKING THING I WASNT SUPPOSED TO DO
Exercise Walked for 2 hours and danced for two more. Also did some strenght exercises (sit ups etc)
Day 28 FEB21: 1600
PLAN
Add Ate two fruits and two bowls of soup :)
Remove No fast food!
Exercise 2 hours of bike
So, I need some help. My mom and sister decided to divide the weekends so each one of us gets a weekend to cook. Mine is next! So I'd like YOU to tell me some healthy, low fat recipes I can try this weekend. Besides, I also need some healthy cakes or desserts, since we do at least one every weekend ( do you see what I have to go through?)
