Except that part where I binged, I was pretty controled in the other meals.
Tomorrow I'm staying home again because I'm still sick and if
a part of me is a little afraid of falling into the temptation,
on the other hand now I feel prepared. I can get advantage of this sickness by using it as an excuse to eat less.
So now it's about 11:30PM in my country, thinspo browsing and then gotta get some sleep.
Oh, and by the way...
QUESTION LIST
1. Any suggestions not to fall into the dark corners of my kitchen tomorrow?
2. Is it better to go on a fast and not eat all or eat just a little tiny bit every now and then? I read different points of view on this one, I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I read that if you don't eat, your body assumes that it won't be getting energy any time soon, so he stores all the calories, fat and whatever. But if that was 100% true no one would fast, would they. So this brings me to my third question
3. Should you just fast in certain ocasions? Which are they?
I know I ask a lot of questions but I really want to know in order for my body to become better, healtier and beautiful. No only my body but my mind as well. Also, I know I've only started, but there's a bunch a you that have been very friendly and helpfull, so I feel really confortable to talk and ask questions. Thanks :)
I dont want to incourage this whole thing on anyone as im sure nobody else does, But fasting is more used to get rid of bad toxins in my mind and i could never do it. Eating few calories will also put you in plateau, ive been in it since the 18th and only just come out of it after trying lots of things.
