Day 3

Breakfast
1 cup of tea
1 slice of white bread with marmalade


Lunch
1/2 a plate of soup
1/4 plate of pork chops with rice and red beans
1 tangerine
1 twix (damn!)


Dinner
1/2 a plate of soup
1 plate of pasta with veal




So charlie showed me this calorie count website where you can keep track of the calories you eat in a day. Basically, it does all the math for you!

With this web site I made an horrifying discovery: I am eating way more calories than I imagined. I set a goal of 1200kcal a day thinking "yea this is easy". So just moments ago I wrote down everything I ate today, and I ate pretty healthy (except for the twix) and turns out, this little list is worth 
1311 kcal yea, that's right. fuck.

  1. I myself always surf on an italian site that tells me exactly how many calories foods have. At first you'll be a little shocked because you'll learn new things, but it's awesome in the end.
