today wasn't perfect, but I'm content. it was better. no binge, no muchies, no overeating, no fast food. just a normal eating day. not a perfect, but a normal.
Breakfast
1 bowl of milk with Special K
Lunch
1/2 plate white rice and tuna
1 tangerine
1 slice of mom's birthday cake
Dinner
1 vitamins pasta with tuna, tomato, beans, shrimp, olives and garlic dressing
I could have controlled portion size, not eat mom's birthday cake and all... But I thought that, for a start, I should commit to just eat healthy stuff. If I start to balance everything, I will fail at it all. So one thing at a time.
Besides, today I went bike riding for about an hour and played basketball with some friends. What I can't work out during the week, I make up for it in the weekend!
