ABC -Day 2 and 3

Yesterday I was supposed to have eaten 200 cals, but I was going out for dinner with a friend last minute, so I think I ended up having about 700.
It's way more than I should, but it's still a low number.

I completly forgot today was a national holiday when I made the plan, so 300 cals are going to end up being about 1200.

Tomorrow I can make up for it but friday I have a dinner party...urg! think I'll just have breakfast and a little something for dinner

  1. It's not always a bad thing having a few extra hundred calories once in a while. It keeps your body from maintaining a constant metabolism, so it'll prevent plateauing!

Don't worry too much about underestimating your calorie intake from the oatmeal. When it comes to my breakfast, be more concerned about nutrition rather than it's caloric value. After all, it's going to start your day. And sometimes the start of the day can either make or break the rest of the day. If its packed with lots of beneficial nutrients, which oatmeal is, it'll leave you less likely to crave other foods later. I love my breakfasts, cause they always consist of 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup soymilk(good for B vitamins and protein! and soy is good for women), a tablespoon of flax and 1/4 cup crushed walnuts(good for amino acids and healthy fats!), and then lastly a mashed up banana thrown in there to top it off with potassium and a healthy sugar boost. Oh, and I can't forget the cinnamon too(raises metabolism and it gives the oatmeal a sweeter flavor)!

Thanks for the drink idea! I have a hard time deciding what to drink other than tea and water, and even though it tastes iffy, at least it'll be SOMETHING else. I think I might have heard about a similar mixture used for a particular fast, but I can't remember. I read way too much about everything. xD

If you ever want any recipes, let me know! Lately I've found myself spending more time in the kitchen, cooking and preparing things. I've discovered ways to make lots of low calorie foods into delicious dishes, foods that people might otherwise not enjoy by themselves! I also keep in mind what sort of foods I can combine to get the best nutritional helping with eat meal, so that I can stay as up to par with my nutrients as possible! I find that feeding your body this way is the best way to avoid the urge to binge or to avoid mindless eating.
