Day 13: 1468 kcals
Day 14: 751 kcals
Yesterday I binged on some nutella, but I realizes that now my binges are not even half the size they were 2 months ago! Besides, I found a pattern: I only binge when I'm home alone. I'm glad I realized this, not it's going to be way easier to avoid it. I'm only home alone in fridays and ocassionaly in the weekends. So, I'll either go out with friends or, if I have work to do, stay at school, go to a library or a coffee shop. This friday is secured, my mom and sister will be home, so no danger.
Today was a fine day, as you can see I had under 800 kcals. I only ate a bread with jam for breakfast and had dinner with my parents. At schoo I ate NOTHING. God, did it felt good! At first, I had some stomach aches, but drank my lemonade, threw some chewing gum in my mouth and I was fine! No binging or craving whatsoever.
Also I'm thinking on going on that ABC diet. Have YOU done this? Tell me about it. However, it is hard to follow since I have to have at least one meal with my parents every day. Any suggestions?
heya! i started ABC today and i'm doing alrighty! lol...hopefully the next 49 days go just as well! lol...im sure to lose energy quick tho; i only just started, but i convinced myself i have to do it! ummmmmmmm in terms of the "meal with parents"...that's what actually started my bulimia 8 years ago. i wanted to restrict my food at the time, so at school i wouldn't eat, and then i had to eat dinner bc at that time, my fam and i always had a fam dinner. so i picked up the ever-so-awful habit of purging. i thought that "hell, they'll see me eat the food, and then ill just go "shower" (aka purge)". so i don't suggest doing it that way lol. bc ive been battling this for 8 years now. hmmmmmm what can you do...can you A) tell them you're having dinner with friends more often B) make your own food while they have their dinner? like they can have what they make, but maybe you can make something safer ie. a salad without dressing but with some lean protein etc... C) eat elsewhere in the house? like why do you have to eat with them?? like i get it lol bc my parents had my sisters and i eating with them, and then after we all went of diff schedules, nobody eats together anymore. can't you ever say that you're more comfortable "eating alone"? bc i am def more comfortable that way, whether im really eating or not. i just don't like ppl watching me eat. however, now that im doing the ABC diet, whatever i do eat, i make sure that they see me eat it so they know i do eat something lol. its a tricky game we play! lol xoxo a
ReplyDeleteor D) can't you say you picked something up to eat on the way home from school and you're not hungry? lol
ReplyDeleteor E) say you're gluten-intolerant (which i am it so happens) so you need to make you're own specific food...and you can eat it infront of them, but at least you'll know whats in it and what not lol
ReplyDeletei tried the ABC diet 3 different times. Each time I made it a little further. but never past day 14. for the month of January i just did 500 cal or less everyday. it seemed to work almost as well. def had a better success rate. i think there were just 2 or 3 days that i went over 500. :D its really fun in the beginning though. the challenge of only eating 100 cal in a day. you get to feel that wonderful feeling of pure hunger rumble through your stomach. magic! best of luck! you can do it. just keep focused
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried ABC but I would *really* advise you not too do it, it is dangerous. Don't ruin your health and destroy your metabolism. Even if you make it through the whole diet and lose a ton of weight, you are going to gain it back, possibly even more than you lost. Eating like that is not sustainable over time. If you must do one of these kind of diets I would rather you do the skinny girl diet. Preferably the healthy skinny girl diet. Zig zagging calories work if you do the maths right, so it's worth a shot. Whatever you decide to do, please be safe <3 xx
