Day 25 and PLAN

Day 25 (yesterday): 2500 kcals


Oh gosh, it was awfull! I guess I can't consider it a binge because all I ate was with my family, but still...ARGH!! We just ate unhealty things, everything homemade though. 


Anyway, I decided to turn this around. Yesterday I told my friends and my dad that what was causing me to feel bad was probably my liver (cof cof). I asked them to remind me and not let me eat nothing like candy, fried or fast food.


Also, I'm starting to  write down my diet plan with C. I do need some help though. What do YOU think we should ADD and what should we REMOVE from our diet?

  1. Add leafy greens, fruits, vegetables, sprouts, legumes, nuts, seeds, flax, hemp seeds, healthy fats and green tea. Remove processed food, candy, soda, junk food. Remember that you can still eat yummy food, virtually everything can be made healthy. Google "healthy ... recipe" and something always comes up. Good luck! xx
