Day 24 and proteins

Day 24:  1200 kcals


Today went well. I had 1,200 kcals, it's really in the limit, but I only ate healthy food.


Reagarding my pact with C, I ate 3 fruits (apple, pear, 1/2 banana) and a plate of vegetable soupAlso did 30 sit ups.


So, going through calorie count's analisys, I realized I eat waaaay to much carbs. My fat levels are fine, but I should replace the carbs for protein. I already know that fish, egg, beans, nuts and white meat are good choices, but what else? I can't have any of those for breakfast. I did a little research and I found that yogurt, milk, oatmeal...but I can't carry any of those with me.


Have YOU got any ideas?

  1. They make to-go bottles of non-fat yogurt sometimes. I also look for coffee or other fast food chains that offer egg white sandwiches with whole grain bread when I'm on the run. Carbs are good though, if they are whole grain. Hope this helps!
