Day 23 and pact

Day 23: 1100 kcals


Today went well. No binges, no cravings, only healthy food.


So I and C decided to make a pact: to stick together on this weight loss journey. As a first commitment we decided to:


- eat 3-5 vegetables/ fruits a day
- remove fast food (obvious stuff like mcdonald's)
- do at least 20 sit ups a day (if we don't have the time to go to the gym or so)


I find this a smart choice. This way we don't have that many restrictions, therefore we are not set to fail.
Besides, we add something to our diet (in this case, the fruit and vegetables) and take something else, instead of just taking taking taking. 
I did well for a first day, had tea with toasted bread,/ soup, pineapple and rice with ham/ spagetthi with chicken and pineapple. Already did my sit ups. Let's see how it goes!
