Day 19: 1000 kcals
Did 1000 kcals today, not bad but not so good either.
I decided to plan the rest of my week ahead, let's see how this method goes.

Lunch: Soup and Fruit
Snack: Fruit and/or 27's biscuits
Dinner: ??? (going out for dinner tomorrow, so I don't know!)
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast: Milk with Special K
Lunch: Soup and Fruit
Snack: Fruit and/or 27's biscuits
Dinner: With parents
THURSDAY
Breakfast: Milk with Special K
Lunch: Soup and Fruit
Snack: Fruit and/or 27's biscuits
Dinner: (Try to avoid)
FRIDAY
Breakfast: Milk with Special K
Lunch: Tuna and Salad Sandwich
Dinner: With Parents
