Day 16

Day 16: 1070 kcals

Today wasn't the best of days since I ate a crepe with chocolate and I slice of mom's cake as a afternoon snack. However, I managed to be under 1,200 kcals!


Yesterday I ate only a salad for lunch all day, so this morning when I woke up I felt pretty dizzy. Had my special K with milk but at mid day had to eat a toast with ham and cheese, I was really weak and starving. So no lunch, that the crepe and the cake and finally, for dinner, I ate pretty well. My aunt came over, and since she's in a real diet, from a nutricionist, my mom made fish with cabbage and carrotts. Not the most yummi thing in the world, but definetly healthy!


Tomorrow I have a dinner party, and going to a bar afterwards, so I know I'll probably get a bit off the plan. Therefore I'm planning on some bike ridding in the mornig and try to eat less during the day and the day after.
