Day 15: 467 kcals
Today only ate one salad with grilled chicken for lunch, only olive oil, no dressing.
I had activities so I got home late, told my parents I wasn't hungry so I just drank some tea. Feel awesome!
Sorry I haven't returned any e-mails or comments, I've been really busy with school, just making an effort to come to my blog everyday so I don't lose track and keep being reminded of my goal.

Our bodies are already burning between 1200 - 1600kcal every day just by existing (breathing, liver, digestion etc etc. You can calculate your number by googling BRM calculator), so what we eat is literally fuel. If you lower your calories to the extreme of the ABC diet, your body is going to panic. Nothing good comes from that, but the worst things are these; A) your body is going to think it's starving (which it is), so it's going to lower digestion and metabolism to save energy and hold on to everything you eat and store it as fat. B) Your body will start eating itself. Muscle tissue can be transformed into energy, so your body is going to "eat" its muscles because there's not enough food to eat. Eventually it will turn to eat your most important muscle; your heart. That's why anorexics are so skinny; their bodies are eating itself. Starving probably won't permanently destroy your metabolism, but it can take up to a year after you've stopped starving before it's back to normal. In addition, starvation is going to wreak your bones, hair, skin, nails etc etc. It's just not worth it honey, you can lose weight without hurting yourself.
