Day 10

Today I went to the supermarket with my mom and I took a look at the dietetics corner. There is so many stuff! I saw some appetitte suppressant pills, fat burners, these juices that can replace a meal and are under 200 kcals... None of them is very expensive, so I'm considering it. Of course I couldn't buy any of that with my mom. But I never tried anything like that. 
So, I'd like YOU to tell me if you ever tried any sort of thing like that, which, and how it was.




Day 10 = 1, 178 kcals


I haven't been writing what I what i eat because I already do it on calorie count, and it's kind of boring writing it twice. But don't worry, when I mess up a whine about it in here like a little girl! 


Today went very well. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner, no candy at all, and was able to be under the 1,200 kcals! I started on the apple thing today, eating one before each meal: it works! At least for a first day, it did. I ate less and felt satisfied. Also, I had no cravings at the end of the meals, for a piece of chocolate or something, though I don't know if it has anything to do with that


I think I'm gonna start trying the cayenne lemonade on monday. It makes no sense doing it at home if I have to eat anyway, my parents are watching! Besides, the apples reduce my apetite enough.
