Breakfast
1/2 bowl of milk with Special K


Lunch
1 baguette with tuna, tomato and lettuce


Snack
1/2 apple
2 cookies (27 kcals each)


Dinner
1 bowl of soup
1/2 rice
2 meat pastrys 
1/2 tomato
1 tangerine


DAY 8 = 1,153 KCALS


Last night I binged before I when to sleep. I was really worried I'd ruin all my progess. Instead, when I weighted myself this morning, I was a pound lighter than the previous morning. Funny?
