Lunch
1/2 bowl of soup
1 burger
1/3 plate of pasta
1/4 plate of salad
1 pear
Dinner
1 bowl of soup
3 bites of bread
1/4 plate of tuna pie
1/4 plate of salad
1/4 banana
5 chocolate bonbons (upsi)
So C told me that if I started eating less my stomach would shrink in a short period of time.
True story! Been doing that for 3 or 4 days now. Today I ate like half of what I usually eat for dinner (except the chocolats) and I feel not full, but satisfied!
