DETOX DAY 1
ok, so day 1 went pretty well!
for breakfast I had
three spoons of oatmeal with one sliced apple
a cup of tea
at lunch I ate
a salad with tomato, lettuce, carrot, an egg and tuna
a coffee
for dinner, I said I was feeling sick so I just drank
a cup of tea
and that was it!
this "empty" feeling actually feels good!
I tried to drink plenty of water, but it is really hard for me to remember about that...
Oh, and I sort of need your help in one thing
I live with my parents so I have dinner with them every day and at weekends we eat every meal together. Today I said I was sick so I didn't ate dinner, but I can't do that every day!
Any suggestions?

ReplyDeleteI found when i lived with my parents just popping into the kitchen just before they serve saying im not that hungry i ate quite alot today i hope you dont mind. That way they only give you a small portion and if you dont eat it all its fine.
Also if you let them see you eat something before dinner because your 'really hungry and cant wait for dinner' (only something small) you can again use that to say it ruined your appetite.
Hope that helps for a few meals.
